I just got this and read it cover to cover. It is a very clear and concise explanation of our rights in such a way that a child will understand and you can discuss with them. Even more so, I think every ADULT needs to read this book as it is a great reminder of what our rights are starting with the First Amendment. We need to get back to the days where everyone can have their own opinion and we are allowed to differ. Great book and I will be getting it for all the kids in our family. Great job Rory!
I liked how easy it was to understand confusing things. I liked the way he explained everything. I would recommend it to all kids. I thought it was interesting how the police have to have a reason to stop you and ask you for things. I did not know that. I really liked this book!!------- Brandon (age 10, 5th grade)
